CNC-YF-1280 is a high-performance camless wire forming machine designed to handle wire diameters from 3.0 to 8.0 mm. With 12 independent axes and a total servo power of 59.5 kW, it ensures precision and stability even with the most demanding materials.
The wire feeding system allows for 360° rotation in both directions, enabling complex multi-angle forming. The feed rate reaches up to 100 m/min, and the modular clamping unit allows for easy maintenance. The control system supports over 2000 stored programs.
