The FAHDITALIA LEV 95 – LEV 110 automatic wide belt sanding machines are designed for thickness calibration and sanding of solid wood workpieces, furniture boards, veneered panels and other board-based materials. The machines are used in woodworking workshops and production facilities for surface leveling, removal of irregularities and preparation of parts for further finishing.
The LEV 95 and LEV 110 models differ in working width: 950 mm and 1100 mm respectively. The machines use sanding belts sized 970 × 2150 mm or 1120 × 2150 mm, support a maximum working height of 160 mm and offer adjustable feed speed from 4 to 20 m/min. Depending on the configuration, the series can be equipped with one or two sanding belts, roller units, a sanding pad or a combined roller/pad unit.
