MICRODAKO is a fully motorized hardness tester that determines the hardness of any plastic and rubber material according to standard IRHD and Shore methods. Quick scale selection thanks to the multi-probe turret. Automatic contact and measurement with the sample from any starting distance. Automatic loading with closed-loop control with an accuracy of 0.05%. The only manual intervention of the operator is to load the sample onto the working base of the hardness tester.
Load forces are easily selected from a PC and automatically applied using electronically controlled load cells in a closed loop. (AFFRI patent)
MICRODAKO is equipped with touch screen PC support and powerful software to manage the entire instrument: from test configuration to full statistics management. MICRODAKO can be equipped with a wide range of accessories according to the customer’s requirements.
