Mol Analytik offers modern combustion analyzers for fast and reliable elemental analysis directly from solid samples. Our products are ideal for a wide range of customers, from research laboratories, government agencies and academic institutes to industrial companies. Elemental analysis is an important part of the modern analytical arsenal that our customers use to control and improve the quality of their products and processes.
For accurate elemental analysis of carbon and sulfur in organic samples such as waste, ash, soil, coal, coke, wood, oil and many others, we recommend the CS1000 elemental analyzer with four independent selective broadband infrared detectors of the latest generation.
The CS1000 series analyzer is ideal for the simultaneous determination of carbon and sulfur in solid, mostly organic samples.
The Mol CS1000 combines performance, accuracy and reliability, making it ideal for elemental analysis of a wide range of materials.
The sample is analyzed by burning it in a stream of oxygen in a high-temperature furnace. The gases that are formed, namely CO, HO and SO, during combustion are purified, moisture is removed, and then the determination of Carbon and Sulfur takes place in a non-dispersive infrared detector (NDIR).
Depending on the configuration required by the customer, a device with four independent selective broadband infrared detectors can be offered.
The result of the measurement is automatically calculated in mass fractions, based on the initial weight, the value of which is entered into the software.
