The Arco leaf spring testing machine is the ideal solution for performing compression and bending tests on spring suspensions, intended mainly for applications in the railway and automotive sectors.
Depending on the type of spring suspension, especially on the basis of the compressive forces that arise, Easydur Company is able to design and create an ergonomic solution that meets all application requirements.
The machine dose of the leaf spring testing machine is mounted on a central holder that moves along the vertical axis: thanks to this configuration, products such as leaf springs, coil springs and general-type elastic components can be tested on one machine.
The two ends of the main suspension spring are fixed in special locking pins, which are located on the movable carriage, in order to guarantee a stable attachment and, with the addition of optional sensors, to measure the relaxation of the tension of the leaf springs after the compression force is applied.
