    LMS-5 Lathe Measuring System

    LMS-5 is a high-precision laser system for analyzing the geometric and kinematic characteristics of lathes. Measurement is performed by determining the position of the laser beam. The beam source is a fiber-optic laser diode with stabilized intensity, while special patented beam detection algorithms integrated into the optical detector ensure outstanding accuracy of the entire measuring system. Measurement results are displayed on a Windows PC via Bluetooth connection.

    The LMS-5 system is designed for precise verification of lathe component positions, straightness control, runout measurement, and assessment of the relative positioning of the machine’s main elements. It is an effective tool for service, calibration, diagnostics, and technical condition monitoring of lathe equipment.
