Thermomechanical analyzers
Analyzers of this series are used in the study of a wide range of materials with an assessment of their mechanical characteristics, using a set of standard measurement modes (tension, expansion, penetration). At the same time, the TMA-60 model uses the method of measuring linear expansion (one sensor is used), and the TMA-60N uses the method of measuring differential expansion (two sensors are used).
Features
- The high accuracy of the analysis and the wide dynamic is greatly increased due to the range of the high-precision digital displacement sensor. At the same time, a wide measurement range of ±5 mm is possible (twice as much as in the previous model), which ensures accurate determination of both small and large deformations of the sample.
- A diverse program makes it possible to subject images (films, fibers, etc.) to various static and dynamic influences with a constant rate of loading or elongation, to work in a cyclic mode.
- The use of a bayonet connection in the design of the sample holder and a built-in temperature sensor ensures simple operation (repair, if necessary) and increases the speed of changing measurement modes (stretching, expansion, penetration).
- A built-in safety mechanism prevents the sample from sticking to the sensor. If the displacement is above the specified range, for example due to melting of the sample, the measurement is stopped immediately and the load is removed from the sample.
- Accurate automatic determination of the length of the sample due to direct measurement by a high-precision digital displacement sensor (measurement is more accurate, compared to other methods, in which the calculation is based on stopping the movement of the motor).
- The devices are equipped with a cooling fan that automatically cools the furnace after the measurements are completed.
