The spectrophotometer-analyzer is specially designed for solving biochemical and biotechnological tasks, allows you to get accurate and reproducible results when analyzing small amounts of the researched material. Designed for quantitative analysis of nucleic acids and proteins.
The volume of the sample is too small. The volume of the studied sample is 1-2 μl. In this case, there is no need to use standard rectangular measuring cuvettes. A special precision mechanism allows the analysis to be carried out directly in the drop of the studied sample. The length of the optical path is selected by the user (0.2 mm or 0.7 mm). For the analysis of large volumes, it is possible to use the optional adapter of a rectangular cuvette with an optical path length of 5 mm (volume 2 ml).
