Setting up and checking the functionality of the equipment
BAC1500 is a horizontal align-boring machine engineered for main and camshaft bearing saddles. A very rigid base, precision-machined reference surfaces and universal fixtures hold the work securely and prevent deflection. The low-voltage electrical system meets modern safety standards. Manual feed offers both rapid and micrometric control, while the automatic working feed provides variable speed in both directions. Boring-bar supports are vertically and horizontally adjustable to simplify set-up and reduce errors. The generous working stroke (up to 400 mm, other lengths on request) minimizes tool repositioning.
