SuPAR — Visual Quality Control via Tablet
The system allows you to perform quality control of a part by comparing it with a 3D model in real-time and to generate an electronic report highlighting all errors and discrepancies. All this is done without special measuring devices or paper drawings, directly on the tablet screen. You can get the result by following just 3 simple steps.
How does SuPAR work?
- Loading the CAD model: Import the model in NX, Creo, STEP, IGES, JT, STL, or NWD formats into the application with one click using the “Import” function.
- Scanning the object: The tablet camera automatically overlays the 3D model onto the real object, highlighting matches in green and discrepancies in red.
- Automatic report: The system generates an electronic report that cannot be edited and is immediately saved in the corporate storage.

- CAD model wireframe: Displaying model boundaries in different colors.
- Assisted inspection: Comparing model and object boundaries with marked matches and deviations.
