The CNC-YF-8660 spring coiling machine is designed for producing large-size springs using wire with a diameter range of 2.0–6.0 mm and offers a maximum productivity of up to 150 pcs/min. It features a high-power 7.0 kW wire feeding servo motor for consistent feeding of thicker wire materials.
Equipped with two 2.7 kW cutting servos and dual 1.5 kW outer diameter control motors, this machine ensures high-precision operations across all axes. It supports full programmatic control of spring geometry and shape without mechanical adjustments.
