Setting up and checking the functionality of the equipment
The CNC-YF-8645 spring coiling machine is engineered to process wire with a diameter range of 1.5–4.5 mm, producing springs with an outer diameter up to 65 mm. The machine features 6-axis control and powerful servomotors for precise, stable, and high-speed operation.
With a 5.5 kW wire feeding drive and two cutting motors of 1.2 kW each, it achieves up to 180 pcs/min. Dual external diameter control motors (1.5 kW each) ensure the ability to produce springs with complex shapes and tight tolerances.
