The CNC-YF-8620 classic spring coiling machine is a high-efficiency solution for producing compression springs from wire with a diameter of 0.3 to 2.0 mm. With six controlled axes and multiple servo mechanisms, it ensures consistent performance for complex spring shapes.
Equipped with two 1.0 kW cutting servos, a 2.9 kW wire feeding motor, and diameter-forming servo drives, this model reaches a speed of up to 350 pcs/min. It can produce springs with an outer diameter of up to 30 mm.
