The CNC-YF-86100 spring coiling machine is designed for processing thick wire ranging from 3.0 to 10.0 mm. With a maximum output of 150 pcs/min, this model is ideal for manufacturing large, industrial-grade springs efficiently.
Equipped with 6 axes, dual external diameter control motors (5.5 kW each), dual cutting units (7.0 kW each), and a powerful 9.0 kW wire feeding system, it delivers consistent performance under demanding conditions.
