BOGIE TEST STAND: Compression Testing of Railway Bogies – A New Development by Easydur Italiana
15+15 TONS / 20+20 TONS
IN ACCORDANCE WITH DIN 25043-7 STANDARD The Bogie Test Stand is designed to allow customers to test different types of bogies (passenger trains, freight trains, metro, trams). Significant know-how in the field of spring testing makes this compression testing system for bogies a real advantage. It is capable of simulating with maximum accuracy the forces during real operation and the weight of all types of vehicles. Thanks to Easydur’s own design, based on 100% in-house mechanical equipment drawings, our customers can easily perform all maintenance operations on Bogies. Easydur Italiana can supply additional optional equipment that can be integrated into our system for all necessary measurements. We emphasize that the Easydur Bogie Test Stand is equipped with two electric or hydraulic clamps, with an optional device for “chasse” tests. Upon customer request, Easydur can manufacture a pit or suspended version.
