SERDI VGP-1200 is a hydraulic press from SERDI, designed for quick and efficient removal of valve guides from cylinder heads, installation or removal of valve springs, and the fitting of new valve seats. This machine ensures a simple, safe, and fast valve guide replacement process, reducing operator fatigue and minimizing the risk of costly errors. The VGP 1200 is equipped with two hydraulic cylinders, making the assembly and disassembly of engine valves easier.
The standard equipment includes tools for valve guide removal, a set of mounting tools, and a range of valve seat pilots, providing flexibility for various tasks. The model is also fitted with two built-in spotlights to facilitate the work.
