The FAHDITALIA LEV 110P – LEV 130P automatic wide belt sanding machines are designed for thickness calibration and sanding of solid wood workpieces, furniture boards, veneered panels and other board-based materials. The machines are used in woodworking workshops and production facilities for precise surface leveling, removal of irregularities, thickness calibration and preparation of parts for further finishing.
The LEV 110P and LEV 130P models differ in working width: 1100 mm and 1350 mm respectively. The machines use sanding belts sized 1120 × 2150 mm or 1370 × 2150 mm, with optional extended belt length of 2650 mm. The series supports a maximum working height of 160 mm, adjustable feed speed from 4 to 20 m/min and is available in multiple configurations with one, two or three sanding belts.
