Pneumatic Louver Groover, CP.PN, FAHDITALIA

The FAHDITALIA CP.PN pneumatic slotting machine for louver slats is designed for cutting slots in solid wood workpieces, furniture boards and other wood-based materials. The machine is used in woodworking and furniture production for manufacturing elements with louver slats, frame structures, decorative parts and other products where accurate and repeatable slotting is required.

The CP.PN model is equipped with a working unit tiltable from 0° to 90°, a standard 6.5 mm chain / template and a forced automatic lubrication system. The machine provides a slot depth of 30 mm and a maximum slot length of 120 mm, allowing work with tenons from 20 × 40 mm to 100 × 120 mm. Thanks to its pneumatic design, high chuck rotation speed of 12000 rpm and the possibility to add an automatic programmer, this model is suitable for productive serial slotting for louver slats.
