Hidrogarne RM/NC are hydraulic presses with rigid frame, available in six models with capacities from 80 to 500 tons. They are specifically designed for bending, stamping, forming, pressing, assembling, and deep drawing. With an operating pressure below 320 bar, these presses ensure durability of the hydraulic system and reliability in industrial use.
Frame and tables:
- Welded structure made of S355JR steel, stabilized and machined for maximum precision.
- Worktable and ram plate in C45E steel with DIN 650 T-slots.
- Four cylindrical guides with maintenance-free antifriction bushings for perfect alignment.
Cylinder and hydraulic unit:
- Double-acting cylinder with seamless tube and hard-chrome plated piston.
- Wear-resistant guides requiring no maintenance.
- Two-speed hydraulic unit with automatic high-speed shut-off.
- Relief valve for cylinder safety.
Electronics, control, and safety:
- Siemens SIMATIC S7-1200 PLC with 4″ MTP-400 touchscreen.
- Programmable modes: semi-automatic and automatic, stroke, power, and delay time.
- Storage of up to 99 settings.
