Four-column hydraulic press, MV-150, HIDROGARNE

Hidrogarne M/NC are four-column hydraulic presses designed for stamping, deep drawing, blanking, and trimming. The series includes six models with capacities from 50 to 300 tons, combining high performance, versatility, and durability. Operating pressure below 320 bar ensures extended service life of the hydraulic system.

Frame and tables:

• Three welded structures made of S355JR steel, stabilized and machined for precision.
• Upper and lower tables made of C45E steel with DIN 650 slots.
• Four hardened, ground, and chrome-plated cylindrical columns ensuring perfect alignment.
• Maintenance-free bimetallic bushings for minimum friction.

Cylinder and hydraulic unit:

• Double-acting cylinder with seamless tube and hard-chrome piston.
• Wear-resistant guides requiring no maintenance.
• Two-speed hydraulic unit with automatic high-speed shut-off.

• Siemens SIMATIC S7-1200 PLC with 4″ MTP-400 touchscreen.
• Programmable power, stroke, and delay, with storage of up to 99 settings.
