Hidrogarne CF/VR are C-frame hydraulic presses available in power ranges from 80 to 150 tons. They are specially designed for medium and large-scale operations such as deep drawing, stamping, punching, forming, and more. These presses can be integrated into automated production lines, delivering high performance and reliability.
Frame and tables:
- Welded frame made of ST-52.3 steel, stabilized and machined for accuracy.
- Mechanized upper and lower CK-45 steel tables with four DIN-650 T-slots.
- Perfect alignment of the upper table ensured by four lateral guides with anti-friction caps.
Cylinder and hydraulic unit:
- Main double-acting cylinder with hard-chrome piston and wear-resistant guides.
- Two auxiliary double-acting cylinders for fast approach and return.
- Hydraulic unit with motor, pre-feed valve, and oil-air cooling system.
- Hydraulic pressure below 290 bar ensures system durability.
Electronics, control, and safety:
- Siemens MTP-700 CNC panel with touchscreen.
- Programmable power, stroke, and speed with storage of up to 300 programs.
- Redundant and self-monitoring hydraulic and electrical systems.
- Side safety panels with polycarbonate windows, LED lighting, and level IV photoelectric sensors.
