STH 650 is an automatic hydraulic honing machine designed for high-precision honing of engine cylinder liners and other similar components, meeting exacting surface quality and precision requirements. The work-head body and slides are made of high-quality cast iron resistant to vibration, ensuring stable operation and excellent machining quality. All machine functions are controlled from a single panel mounted on a hook for convenient use from various angles. The panel is equipped with digital indicators, a pressure gauge, rotation speed adjustment, and precise hydraulic feed control. The movable lower table facilitates quick engine block centering and significantly reduces setup time. Independent adjustment of the honing head’s rotation speed and feed ensures the desired crosshatch pattern on the machined surface. The magnetic braking system of the honing head at any position prevents damage to the machining structure.
