CNC-YF-7-120 is a robust 7-axis CNC wire bending machine built for heavy-duty applications. It processes wire with a diameter range of 4 to 12 mm and is designed for forming complex 2D and 3D wire products in construction, automotive, and industrial sectors.
Equipped with high-power servo drives — 4.5 kW for wire feeding and 2.7 kW each for switching, rod movement, cutting, lifting, and coarse adjustment — this machine guarantees reliable performance under intensive workloads. It supports unlimited feeding length and delivers speeds up to 100 m/min.
The advanced CNC control system allows the storage of hundreds of programs and enables quick reconfiguration for various production needs.
