The CNC-YF-8545 cam-type spring machine is designed for forming complex springs from wire with a diameter of 1.5 to 4.5 mm (steel wire up to 6.0 mm) and a maximum spring outer diameter of 110 mm.
The machine features a powerful 5.5 kW wire feeding servo motor, along with dedicated drives for the cam, rotation, wire switching, and core switching. Maximum wire feeding speed — 80 m/min. Dimensions: 1800×1700×2100 mm, weight — 2800 kg.
