WORKING PRINCIPLE

The start of the analysis begins by pressing the “Start” button, followed by a vertical movement of up to 500 mm:

1. Automatic movement to the surface of the sample.
2. Automatic fixation of the sample.
3. Automatic loading.
4. Automatic turning of the turret head on the lens.
5. Automatic footprint measurement.
6. Automatic return to the original position.
