Integral universal is the simplest in concept hardness tester produced by the EASYDUR Company, it is ideal for situations where a universal hardness tester is needed, which is able to perform different types of tests without the need to remove and install additional devices, lenses and penetrators. It is produced in two versions: one with loads from 1 to 250 kg, and another, more powerful, on which you can conduct tests with loads from 10 to 3000 kg.

Designed to perform various types of hardness tests according to EN-ISO ASTM and DIN Standards on all types of metals and alloys, synthetic materials, ceramics, abrasive stones, plastics, rubbers, inert materials and many other materials. On request, loads can be connected for additional tests. The device complies with the following standards: according to Brinell EN-ISO 6506 and ASTM E10; according to Vickers EN-ISO 6507 and ASTM E384; according to Rockwell EN-ISO 6508; Plastics DIN 53456; Knoop. It is possible to carry out metallographic control of metal structures and measure the depth of the surface hardening treatment. The device can be used in quality control laboratories, in production for quick measurements and batch selection, in research institutes, technical schools and universities.
