Setting up and checking the functionality of the equipment
The MULTIVISION II device has at its disposal the same set of functions as the classic profile projector, but significantly surpasses it in the ability to instantly receive all programmed measurements.
The device is used:
- as equipment on production equipment, for 100% product control;
- in a desktop version instead of a profile projector.
MULTIVISION II is available with the number of television cameras from 1 to 3 and the possibility of individual adjustment of the viewing sector. The device is ideal for three-dimensional measurements of compression, torsion and tension springs, as well as other shaped products.
The device is equipped with:
- a computer with a 23″ monitor, the EASYDUR image analysis program based on Windows 7 and the ability to control 1-3 TV cameras;
- 1-3 television cameras with telecentric lenses;
- 1-3 backlight devices for reading the profile.
