    Integral Wheels is a hardness tester designed for hardness testing on railway wheels. To make the work of the operator as easy as possible, it is equipped with a motorized rotating table, which is able to move horizontally (in the X axis) for easy loading of the wheel.

    When setting a fully automatic cycle (e.g. 3 tests at 120°, 4 at 90°, etc.), the motorized rotating table allows tests to be carried out by programming the test points, working with maximum accuracy, significantly reducing operating time. The standard version comes with our classic head for Brinell, Rockwell and Vickers hardness tests.
