Equipment description
Device for measuring the contours and roughness of parts, CMI-Z60R, Metrology
Contour measurement principle:
- The measurement principle of this instrument is to measure rectangular coordinates by using X-axis, Z-axis sensors, display the coordinate point of the contour of the workpiece surface, transmit the coordinate point data to the PC through electrical components.
- Then, the software performs mathematical processing of the received coordinate data in accordance with the requirements of the technical task.
Principle of roughness measurement:
- The use of differential inductive roughness sensor is an advanced and highly sensitive technology that combines induction coil and modern structure design.
- The inductive sensor has extremely high linearity accuracy over a wide measuring range.
- The measuring device is made of guide-less design technology and uses a precision guide as the measurement reference.
- The measurement accuracy is very high, with a contour value measurement error of less than 0.005 μm.
- In addition to measuring the roughness of the flat surface of the workpiece, the instrument also has the ability to measure the roughness of the inclined surface and arc with high accuracy as an advantage.
Contour measurement function:
- Measurement includes: horizontal dimension, vertical dimension, linear distance, radius and diameter.
- Angle measurement: Horizontal angle and vertical angle.
- Position tolerance: Includes parallelism and perpendicularity.
- Shape tolerance: includes straightness, crown profile, arc profile, circle profile.
- Auxiliary generation: contains auxiliary point, auxiliary line, auxiliary circle.
Roughness measurement function:
- Roughness parameters: Ra, Rp, Rv, Rz, Rz(jis), R3z, RzDIN, Rzj, Rmax, Rc, Rt, Rq, Rsk, Rku, Rsm, Rs, Rq, Rk, Rpk, Rvk, Mr1, Mr2, Rmr.
- Waviness parameters: Wa, Wt, Wp, Wv, Wz, Wq, Wsm, Wsk, Wku, Wmr.
- Original contour parameters: Pa, Pt, Pp, Pv, Pz, Pq, Psm, Psk, Pku, Pmr.
Technical features:
- The machine worktable and Z-axis column are made of natural granite, the structure of this material is not deformed, and the performance is more stable and reliable.
- The use of high-precision contact sensors in the X and Z axes improves the degree of automation and realizes the function of automatic measurement of workpiece surfaces.
- The key components are made of special alloys and have a special treatment process to relieve internal stress, which ensures durability and accuracy.
Notes:
- H – height of measurement in horizontal position
- For standard 2 mm<R<10 mm balls, the sampling arc angle is 120°.
- Corner block 60° and 90°, sampling length of the corner edge 5 mm
- The specifications of the above measurement range can be customized and updated according to requirements
