The FAHDITALIA TC 100 spindle moulder series is designed for professional profile milling, tenoning, and woodworking applications, including the production of furniture components, doors, windows, and other joinery products. The TC 100 features an aluminium sliding table for accurate workpiece guidance during milling and tenoning operations, making it an ideal solution for small woodworking shops and craft manufacturers.
The machine is equipped with a 540 × 1000 mm fixed worktable, a 312 × 1000 mm aluminium sliding table, interchangeable spindle diameters of 30 / 35 / 40 / 50 mm, four spindle speeds of 2500 / 5000 / 8000 / 10000 rpm, and a 4 HP motor. Depending on the spindle diameter, the vertical spindle travel is 140 or 180 mm, providing excellent versatility for a wide range of machining operations. The machine complies with CE safety standards and is supplied with comprehensive standard equipment, including safety guards, a sliding table, and electrical preparation for a power feeder.
