The CG260-1500 is a crankshafts (and cylinders) grinding machine built for rigidity and accuracy. Widely spaced ways keep the wheelhead perfectly aligned with the table, while easily adjustable external counterweights eliminate the need for internal ones.
Constructive features:
- Conventional layout: grinding wheel travels on X, table travels on Z.
- Micrometric feed lever — one full stroke equals 0.004″ (≈0.10 mm); step moves of 0.0001″ / 0.0002″ / 0.0003″ are possible (≈0.0025 / 0.005 / 0.0076 mm).
- Exceptional accuracy enables double plunge with identical size and no blend marks.
- Simple, safe controls; longer wheel life and machine longevity.
