MSP-Series are servo-driven punching presses with ServoDirectDrive technology, designed to flexibly adapt to all production requirements: stamping, forming, cutting, embossing, or drawing. With a press force of 2,000–4,000 kN, they deliver significantly higher performance compared to presses with conventional drives.
Individually adjustable stroke height and oscillating motion of the torque motor increase productivity, improve part quality, extend die life, and ensure stable processes. The backlash-free, lubrication-free drive concept makes MSP presses ideal for the packaging and food industries, where contamination by lubricants must be avoided.
Advantages:
- Significantly higher productivity than conventional mechanical presses.
- Five pre-programmed slide motion curves plus a curve generator for user-defined profiles.
- Attractive investment cost and short delivery times.
- Simple, intuitive operation via touchscreen interface.
- Extended die service life through optimized slide kinematics.
- Backlash-free drive and widely spaced force application points for more precise cutting and forming.
- Up to 50% energy savings thanks to intelligent energy management and high efficiency.
- Condition-based maintenance with integrated service plan and innovative monitoring.
- Lubrication-free drive for maximum process reliability and efficiency.
