The PDY-800 is an immersion washing machine from MuTeks Makina, designed for the efficient cleaning of large parts and components in industrial environments. This model uses a pneumatic system to move the platform, allowing parts to be submerged in the cleaning solution for thorough removal of contaminants such as oils and dirt.
The PDY-800 is equipped with a chrome AISI tank with a capacity of 1200 liters, enabling it to handle large batches of parts. The platform, measuring 1100×700 mm, can support up to 800 kg of load, making this model ideal for large-scale industrial operations. The machine features an adjustable mixing system and a thermostat with a temperature range of 20 to 90°C, allowing users to customize the washing process for maximum effectiveness.
