The PDY-400 is an immersion parts washing machine from MuTeks Makina, designed to provide efficient cleaning of industrial components in large volumes. Its construction and the use of a pneumatic piston to move the platform allow for parts to be submerged in the cleaning solution, ensuring thorough removal of oils, dirt, and other contaminants.
The PDY-400 is equipped with an AISI chrome tank with an 800-liter capacity, allowing large batches of parts to be cleaned in a single cycle. The platform, measuring 900×700 mm, can handle up to 400 kg, making this model ideal for large industrial enterprises. The machine also features an adjustable mixing system and a thermostat that maintains a temperature range from 20 to 90°C, ensuring effective cleaning.
