RTS 235-2B is a rotary washing machine designed for efficient washing, rinsing, and drying of mass-produced parts before assembly and packaging. Manufacturer DOLFIN developed this model to provide a comprehensive cleaning process using an automated cycle that includes both spray and immersion sealing for maximum efficiency. Parts are placed in baskets that move along a conveyor and are automatically processed within the machine’s chamber. The drying process can be carried out using either hot air or a vacuum system.
The RTS 235-2B washing machine is ideally suited for use in automotive, food, medical, metalworking, textile, and optical industries. It is specifically designed to clean parts with complex shapes and textures, where simple spraying does not achieve the required cleanliness.
