Hidrogarne T/NC are hydraulic straightening presses equipped with an electric motor, a moving gantry frame, and an adjustable head. Available in three models with capacities from 150 to 300 tons, they are specially designed for straightening welded structures and plates cut by oxy-fuel cutting.
Main advantages:
- Ergonomic design for handling large parts without repositioning.
- Longitudinal gantry movement with frequency inverter and toothed belt drive.
- Lateral head movement powered by an electric motor, controlled by frequency inverter (models 220 & 300 t).
- Double-acting cylinder with chrome-plated piston and wear-resistant guides, maintenance-free.
- Programming via Siemens S7-1200 PLC with 4″ MTP-400 touchscreen (up to 99 settings).
- Remote-control activation for convenient operation.
- Complies with all CE safety and health standards.
