Hydraulic Straightening Press With Moving Gantry Frame, ST-150, HIDROGARNE

Hidrogarne ST are motorized hydraulic straightening presses with a movable gantry frame and adjustable head, available in three force capacities ranging from 80 to 150 tons. They are specially designed for straightening welded structures and sheets cut by oxy-fuel or laser processes. Their design facilitates the loading and unloading of large parts, plates, and structures, optimizing workflow and reducing handling time. Thanks to the lateral movement of the cylinder and the longitudinal movement of the gantry, it is possible to work on different pressure points without moving the part.

Structure and tables:

• Electro-welded structure made exclusively of S355JR steel.
• The frame is stabilized and machined after welding to ensure perfect parallelism and high precision.
• The design has been calculated and verified using FEM software, guaranteeing high standards of rigidity, quality, and accuracy.
• Manual longitudinal movement of the gantry.
