The SARITAS STŞ 2250 is a versatile horizontal boring machine designed for processing all types of main engine block bearings and camshaft bearings. It is ideal for restoring various engine types, making it an essential tool for workshops engaged in engine repair. The spindle head and mandrel bearings are made of steel, and the precision-ground columns are chrome-plated, ensuring long-lasting performance and stability. Operators can select mandrels and support bases of various diameters based on engine size.

Once the machine starts, the main working head is automatically lubricated, and the mandrel bearings are lubricated via a drip-feed system during operation. Movement of the working head and mandrel bearings—both horizontally and vertically—is controlled effortlessly, while engine centering with clamp connections ensures quick and precise setup.

STŞ 2250 offers variable spindle speeds, adjustable feed rates, and precise control, resulting in smooth and accurate working surfaces. Safety is further enhanced by an automatic stop system during mandrel movement. Two independent control panels work in parallel, simplifying adjustments and ensuring seamless operation throughout the process.
