EMK-Series are high-speed crank presses with a pressing force from 3,600 to 10,000 kN, specifically designed for embossing and calibration. They combine high productivity with outstanding product quality, long die service life, low operating costs, and tight tolerances.
The crankshaft bottom drive provides a low center of gravity, compact construction height, excellent stability, and quiet operation. In this design, the frame acts as the slide while the table is rigidly connected to the press body. The crank kinematics reduce the slide speed during forming, giving the material sufficient time to flow plastically. The result: longer die life and precise manufacturing of high-quality components.
Advantages:
- Compact and durable crankshaft bottom drive.
- Minimal die wear thanks to nearly impact-free contact with the workpiece.
- High-rigidity system for precise embossing and calibration.
- Low overall height with high performance.
- High stability and quiet operation.
