Digital portable hardness tester for Rockwell, Surface Rockwell, Brinell and Vickers methods in the laboratory or on site with direct digital HR reading and conversion to other scales using the accompanying tables. Conforms to ASTM E3246-21, ASTM E104 and ISO 50157 hardness standards. The MKII is a small and lightweight portable hardness tester in which load forces are applied through a dynamometric load cell and can be positioned up to 360°, even inverted. It is equipped with an LCD control panel with a user-friendly interface and extremely simple test settings. Clear view of results, real-time statistics, graphs and large archive storage. Hardness testing in the laboratory or on site on pipes, profiles, valves and any bulk or small parts from 0.06 mm thick: low penetration gives excellent results on thin surfaces such as chrome plating or on such thin parts , like a razor blade profile. Hardness testing of almost all metals: chrome-plated surfaces, nitrided surfaces, aluminum, brass, copper, bronze, metal wire, hard and mild steel.
