CNC-YF-1260 is a camless multi-axis wire forming machine designed for processing wire with a diameter of 2.0 to 6.0 mm. Equipped with 12 independent servo axes and a total power output of 40 kW, the machine delivers outstanding precision and stability when working with thick wire materials.
The feeding system enables 360° wire rotation in both directions, and supports feeding speeds up to 100 m/min. A modular clamping design ensures easy maintenance, while the control system stores over 2000 programs — perfect for high-volume production.
CNC-YF-1260 is ideal for mass production in the automotive, household, sporting goods, and general industrial sectors.
