CNC-YF-1026 is a next-generation multi-axis camless spring forming machine designed for high-precision wire processing in the range of 0.2–2.5 mm. Equipped with 10 independently controlled servo axes, each forming station can operate autonomously, allowing flexible and complex shaping operations.
The 360° dual-direction wire rotation enables advanced operations such as bending, cutting, and angle forming without limitations. The modular compression structure allows fast tool changes and efficient adjustment for various spring types.
CNC-YF-1026 is ideal for producing springs used in electronics, appliances, automobiles, stationery, toys, accessories, and decorative items.
