What does the ASKIAS ADAPTION structure include?
- Module 1 — Mechanical base and CNC axes: 3–5 controlled axes (X/Y/Z up to 400 mm) and 7 manual axes ensure ultra-precise positioning of parts of any complexity.
- Module 2 — Interchangeable processing heads: Instant switching between welding, cutting, drilling, and brazing. A universal tool for working with various materials.
- Module 3 — AUXXOS fiber laser: Energy efficiency over 30%, peak power up to 6 kW, perfect weld quality with minimal consumption (10x more efficient than Nd:YAG).
- Module 4 — Intelligent control: CNC, Teach‑In, and manual joystick control modes enable both serial production and rapid prototyping.
