Wood Lathe, KONTOUR 1500A, FAHDITALIA

The FAHDITALIA KONTOUR 1200A – KONTOUR 1500A professional wood lathe with automatic copying device is designed for producing large-diameter turned parts and complex decorative elements from solid wood. Machines of this series are used in joinery workshops and woodworking production facilities for turning furniture legs, balusters, stair posts, handrails, decorative columns and other cylindrical or profiled wooden components.

The KONTOUR 1200A and KONTOUR 1500A models are equipped with an automatic copying device, allowing repeatable profiled parts to be produced using a template. The versions differ in distance between centers — 1200 mm and 1500 mm respectively — as well as in useful copying device travel: 1100 mm for KONTOUR 1200A and 1400 mm for KONTOUR 1500A. Both models have a center height over bed of 240 mm, a maximum turning diameter of 460 mm and a powerful 3 HP main motor.
