Device for testing springs with manual control, DOMO (1-500 N), Easydur

The DOMO is a manual spring tester with two speeds (high and low) and two adjustable clamps for sequential testing. You can control the force and length of the spring during compression and stretching using the touch panel. C-shaped design, usable opening 197 mm. The device is equipped with an optical ruler with magnification (an absolute ruler can be installed upon request) and an electronic strain gauge to measure the loads acting on the spring. The sag of the strain gauge is compensated automatically, up to two sensors (1-5000 N) can be installed to order.

“New electronics”

The new electronics gives a maximum resolution of up to 100,000 divisions. The position and effort are reproduced in real time on the wide touch screen. Ease of changing measurement units and setting measurement tolerances.

• the possibility of setting an absolute line;
• self-zeroing of the strain gauge;
• the ability to choose measurement units: kg, g, N, lb (load), mm, inch (position);
• data export via USB connection and easy import into Excel.
