Semi-automatic hardness testers for Rockwell, surface Rockwell, Brinell and Vickers hardness tests according to ASTM and ISO standards. The RSD series are desktop hardness testers for hard or laboratory work. Rockwell and Brinell HBTW hardness values with absolute accuracy (better than 0.5%) under all conditions, accurate measurements even on the first test, eliminating the need for repeat tests. Load forces are applied through a dynamometric load cell, which eliminates the problems associated with self-weight systems on traditional testers. Digital durometers with LCD screen, user-friendly interface, real-time statistics, graphs and large archive storage. Testing the hardness of all metals: cast iron, steel, hardened steel, cast iron, brass, aluminum, copper and metal alloys. Heat treatment, hardening, nitriding, cementation and surfacing.
