Hidrogarne S Series are double-column workshop hydraulic presses designed for pressing, straightening, extraction, assembly and other similar operations. The S Series combines a robust structure, reliable hydraulics and easy operation, making it ideal for workshop environments.
The S Series is available in capacities from 80 to 200 tons and operates at a maximum hydraulic pressure of 320 bar, ensuring extended service life and durability of the hydraulic system.
Structure and tables:
- Electro-welded frame with four columns and open sides.
- High structural rigidity for stable and precise operation.
- Movable table adjustable to different working heights.
- Table positioning secured by two centering pins located underneath.
- Table lifting and lowering by chains driven by the press cylinder.
- Available versions:
- SD — fixed upper beam.
- SL — movable upper beam with manual locking system on rollers.
Cylinder and hydraulic unit:
- Double-acting cylinder with chrome-plated ram.
- Wear-resistant, maintenance-free guides.
- Removable and replaceable pressure plate to protect the ram.
- Motorized hydraulic power unit with single speed.
- Cylinder control by manually operated hydraulic distributor (lever control).
Electrical equipment, control and safety:
- Electrical system with motor protection.
