Hydraulic horizontal press, SH-250, HIDROGARNE

Hidrogarne SH are horizontal hydraulic presses with ram, available in three force capacities ranging from 100 to 250 tons. They are specially designed for straightening and bending operations on profiles, bars, and beams. The horizontal machine layout allows convenient handling of large profiles and beams, improving ergonomics and productivity. The latest generations of the SH series have been enhanced to support a wide range of tooling. These presses operate at hydraulic pressures of up to 350 bar, ensuring high reliability and long service life of the hydraulic system.

Structure and tables:

• Electro-welded “C” frame made exclusively of S355JR steel.
• The structure is stabilized and machined after welding to ensure perfect parallelism and high precision.
• The frame has been designed and verified using FEM software, guaranteeing high standards of strength, accuracy, and quality.
• Main working cylinder equipped with an anti-rotation system.
• Rear support table made of high-strength steel and machined with DIN 650 T-slots.
• Standard support blocks made of C45 steel.
• Two height-adjustable support rollers, one positioned on each side.

Cylinder and hydraulic unit:

• Double-acting cylinder with honed sleeve.
• Chromed piston for improved wear resistance.
• Maintenance-free guides with anti-friction coating.
• Cylinder control operated by a lever-type hydraulic distributor.
• Removable frame designed to protect the piston from damage.
• Two-speed motorized hydraulic power unit.
• Automatic disengagement of the approach speed by valve control.
• Hydraulic pressure decompression system for machine protection.

Electrical equipment, control and safety:

• Electrical system includes a motor protection switch.
• Emergency stop button for increased operator safety.
• Glycerine-filled pressure gauge with force indication in tons.
