Hydraulic horizontal press, HV-300, HIDROGARNE

Hidrogarne HV/NC are horizontal hydraulic presses with capacities ranging from 150 to 300 tons, specially designed for straightening and bending profiles, bars, and beams. The horizontal design allows easy handling of large beams and profiles. The HV/NC series offers versatility, high accuracy, and adaptability with various tooling options.

Frame and tables:

• Welded frame made of S355JR steel, stabilized and machined for maximum precision.
• Main pushing table and rear support table made of high-strength steel with DIN 650 T-slots.
• Support blocks made of C45E steel included as standard.
• Perfect alignment ensured by four guides with bimetallic bushings, maintenance-free.
• Two adjustable side rollers for workpiece support.

Cylinder and hydraulic unit:

• Double-acting cylinder with hard-chrome piston and wear-resistant guides.
• Two-speed hydraulic unit with automatic high-speed shut-off.
• Decompression valve for system protection.
• Working pressure below 320 bar for extended service life.

Electronics, control, and safety:

• Siemens SIMATIC S7-1200 PLC with 4″ MTP-400 touchscreen.
• Programmable power, stroke, and delay with storage of up to 99 settings.
• Control panel with manual, automatic, and maintenance modes.
• Safety ensured with additional blocking devices and self-monitoring functions.
• CE compliant, supplied with operation manual.
