Integral Springs – (Inline) durometer features a Multi-slot head with integrated milling designed for high and very high performance cylinder springs where surface preparation by milling eliminates sharp corners by rounding them.

This device, thanks to the high-speed turret head, can perform a complete test in 20 seconds: milling, hardness testing and automatic impression measurement with a special TV camera follow one after the other automatically. The Integral In Line head is tilted at an angle of 90° and turned towards the operator.
